Following the recent final trailer, Sony Pictures has shared a new TV spot for Morbius which features some snippets of previously unseen footage.

The 30-second teaser takes us back to the soon-to-be Living Vampire's (Jared Leto) childhood, spotlighting his close bond with another kid named Milo. They both share the same mysterious affliction, which Michael Morbius will spend his life trying to find a cure for.

Of course, we know that the doctor does eventually discover a cure, but at great cost. While Morbius manages to control his terrifying new abilities (to some extent, at least), Milo (played by Matt Smith as an adult) Milo embraces the darkness, and the former friends soon find themselves on opposing sides.

"One of Marvel's most compelling and conflicted characters comes to the big screen as Oscar winner Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic antihero Michael Morbius. Dangerously ill with a rare blood disorder and determined to save others suffering his same fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate gamble. While at first it seems to be a radical success, a darkness inside him is unleashed. Will good override evil - or will Morbius succumb to his mysterious new urges?"

The cast of Morbius also includes Matt Smith, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal, Tyrese Gibson, and Michael Keaton. The movie will arrive exclusively in theaters on April 1, 2022.

I feel like Matt Smith was supposed to blow up at some point years ago and never did. His choice in films hasn't been the best so maybe its not all that surprising.

He was decent in Last Night in Soho though.

Anyone else get the feeling even Leto doesn’t like Leto’s acting?

They're gonna use the "Friends from the past" plot point just like in TASM2? I would like more if MAtt Smith was Loxias.
