Thanks to concept artist Sean Hargreaves, we have another amazing batch of concept art from Spider-Man: No Way Home. This time, the spotlight is put on a lot of scenes that didn't make it into the movie, something it's always fun to explore. For starters, we learn there was once huge plans for a battle between the web-spinner and both Doctor Octopus and the Green Goblin.
Clearly, this fight was much grander in scale than the one we got and while that was still great fun, we can't help but mourn for a massive three-way battle between Spidey and the two villains.
Instead, Peter Parker was pulled into one of Doctor Strange's portals before he could fight the Goblin, and it's possible COVID played a part here. Talking of Strange, another piece of artwork shows the young hero meeting with his fellow Avenger...in his bedroom! As Hargreaves describes it, "Peter talks to a sick Strange as Strange's cloak sits as guard at the foot of the bed."
There's also a look at Spidey's secret hideout (seemingly the plan before the action was shifted to Happy Hogan's apartment). The artist has shared tonnes of additional pieces over on his ArtStation page and we'd strongly suggest heading over there to see the full gallery.
