Now that the superbowl is over, the only thing people really enjoyed was the commercials and trailers, and when it came to trailers, the amazing spider-man delivered big time. So with this new footage and after watching a few breakdowns I decided to make my own theory for the movie, now I'm not gonna point out every scene in the movie, just the major plot points. So here we go.
Now to start the movie we will have a few scenes with swinging thru the city listening to some music and fighting crime and then the car chase scene. during the chase we see a few cuts to Max walking bumping in to people then he meets Spidey.
He's always admired Spider-man and now he meets him. He thinks that Spidey is the greatest hero ever. Then we see Spidey catch Aleksei, now he wants pay back also. We see Max go back to his job and gets treated the like he is nobody, except by Gwen, his only friend. Later she give him a birthday card at work and they talk about Spider-man. Gwen later that night goes on a date with Peter, While Max is working late at Oscorp, he see's that one of the wires is loose and calls it in, but is told to deal with it himself.
He turns into electro and discovers that he has amazing powers, He seeks out spider-man to show him but instead he decides to get his attention, in times square. Peter must go to times square and find electro, Gwen arrives there too. Peter yells " Yo sparkles!" to get his attention, Max looks at him and says " You don't remember me?" Peter responds " No no I remember it, it's um .. um.." "Max!" " Is it max?" "yes, how can you forget my name! You lied to me!" "No no I'm trying to help you!" and that's when the first battle begins. Spider-Man tricks electro into over charging himself to defeat him. Oscorp is the only one that can hold him, so they take him.
Harry knows he can use electro to defeat Spidey but he need's a distraction first, that's when he takes the goblin serum, and goes to free Aleksei. Goblin frees him and has his first little battle, harry gets away, find's Aleksei, and takes him to Oscorp to give him the rhino suit.
"Rhino" fights Spider-man as harry goes to free electro. Harry tells electro that he can give him a chip so he can know when he is about to "max" out (see what I did there ) he agrees but he is not to kill spider-man, just to wound him. But the chip is also can temporarily disable his powers
Spidey and Gwen arrive at the plant when he see's goblin, he takes Gwen and then spider-man and electro start fighting. Just when electro is about to kill him, goblin pushes the kill switch, stoping electro. Spidey webs him down and then goes to the top of the clock tower, hits goblin with a web ball and Gwen falls.
He catches her as they crash into the tower. They land and Peter puts Gwen down on a gear as he goes to fight goblin.
He fights goblin, sets a few traps , then goblin throws a pumpkin bomb, sending Gwen of the gear she was on. Peter sees and goes to save her.
Barely saving Gwen, he goes to goblin to defeat him, he accidentally kills him, goblin transforms back into harry as peter see's whats he's done.
it ends with a funeral for harry, then it cuts to ravencroft institute, we see a row six cells, we see lizard, electro, and rhino all in there cells.
Now that concludes my section but i do want to add a few things, with B.J. Novak confirmed as Spencer Smythe, i think we will see him, doc ock and vulture as the villains in the third movie, the a venom and sinister six movie leading into the amazing spider-man 4.
