Oscorp
If you have remember the first Amazing Spider man trailer you got to see the Oscorp building (see below...)

Now since the new trailer has came out every one knows that there is a climatic scene between the Lizard and Spider-man on top of Oscorp but it has changed.

1. Oscorp has several buildings around New York and Dr.Connors used one of there labs then transformed there.

2. When re shooting in New York they weren't able to use the same building as in the trailer so they used the closest one to the old one

3. It's just a random building the lizard was on during the fight between Spidey

Webshooters or...
In the trailer you see Peter working on his web shooters in his lab

I know they're webshooters but what if they're not if you look at them the y have a radar like pad that has a switch on the side.

This could be the spider tracers that Peter uses to find the Lizard in the final battle

Final Battle

Everyone noticed the final battle but when Spidey swings at Lizard but look behind is this giant pipe of green fluid. Lizards plan could be to spread the Lizard formula around New York.
Peter probably drops it in the sewer which causes this
Then uses spider traces to find him in the sewer and the two have a battle under water.
That is some of the stuff I notice throughout the trailer
Starring Andrew Garfield, Rhys Ifans, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Sally Field and Martin Sheen, The Amazing Spider-Man is set to hit theatres on July 3rd, 2012.

I dont know if you are talking about the green bars on the side of the shooter as the switch, but the green bars are to show how full his fluid levels are, in the trailer when he is putting a new cartridge in, the green bars go from none to all the way lit.

The red part does look like a radar in that picture, but when he loads the new cartridge in it spins around and lights up, also when he is shooting his webs the light up. so i am not sure if they are radar's or not.

Also i would guess the round part he is looking at is probably the underside of the webshooters, with the gears and everything.

I could be totally wrong and you could be totally right though. If you are right it would be kind of sweet and a new way for him to use his trackers instead of through his spider sense, a new way to show how smart peter is.

The red circle could be web spin control. The more it would spin the farther it could travel.
