A few people have been worried that DC's upcoming slate is looking a little... dour. But what if they started making movies more like Marvel? What if DC lightened up a little bit and allowed themselves to have some fun?

This fan-edit of the Suicide Squad Comic Con trailer attempts to answer just that! Watch it below!

This was stupid, the music was one of the best things about the trailer

Can't wait for this

@Youareallstupid

To each his own....

But, That was totally Harley, and she hardly had any dialogue in the trailer. She is going to be a highlight of the film

The song "I started a joke" was an absolutely brilliant choice. AC/DC is not.

I can't stand Arrow, and this tone totally fits Suicide Squad and Batman. I'm sure there will be some moments of levity but that trailer was perfect.

Perfect tone, characterization, performance, I can't [frick]ing wait for this movie

That music does not fit with the cinematography at all. Ayer is gonna deliver something special. It might not be exactly what everyone wanted, but it's going to be one of the more unique Superhero movies since 2008. Like the opposite end of the spectrum to Guardians.

That may have been more upbeat version, but it also managed to lose most of the funnier moments and aspects of the original trailer. :P Dark does not always mean dull or dour.
