Rumors, when they involve big blockbusters such as Justice League and Man Of Steel, can run wild. The latest involving those two films was that Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to appear, as Batman, in the upcoming Zack Snyder Superman film Man Of Steel, to set up DC's Justice League movie. Gordon-Levitt was asked by MTV about this rumor where he shot it down, saying he hasn't even heard the rumor yet. Check the video out below, where he also talks about Sin City: A Dame To Kill For as well.
On Doing Sin City: A Dame To Kill For:
"'Sin City 2' is going to be fun. I'm playing a quintessential Rodriguez badass. It's going to be fun as hell."
On His Love For The First Sin City:
"I've made a lot of short films with hitRECOrd on green screen, and in my opinion, 'Sin City' is probably the best movie that's been made with that methodology. So I'm very eager to see how Rodriguez does it."
On The Man Of Steel Cameo Rumor:
"I hadn't heard that one. It just goes to show how much you can believe rumors. I don't think you should believe in any of them. If there's something I'm going to be in, I'm going to tell you about it. I put it on my Twitter that I was in Sin City 2, so TRUST me, I'll tell you."
While this, unfortunately, wont close the book completely on the rumor. It does seem to put a pretty big damper on it. However, with something as big as Man Of Steel and Justice League, it's very doubtful that WB would want him saying that he will be in either movie if they are trying to keep it hush hush.
