Honest Trailer For TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: OUT OF THE SHADOWS Isn't Kind To Casey Jones And Company

"Stephen Amell, you have failed this character." The Honest Trailer for this summer's box office flop Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is finally here and one of the cast get off lightly here...

If you didn't like the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, chances are the sequel would have done nothing to change your mind despite the inclusion of a number of fan-favourite characters. Out of the Shadows brought the likes of Krang, Bepop, Rocksteady, and Casey Jones to the big screen, and while it was definitely watchable, it still wasn't the movie most fans of these characters actually wanted to see.

If that's how you feel about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, then you'll love this Honest Trailer as it takes aim at pretty much every new and returning addition, not to mention the fact that the four heroes in a half shell aren't actually ninjas! With the sequel underperforming at the box office, who knows if we'll get a third instalment, but at least this look at the movie is a lot of fun...

For what it was, it was not the most terrible thing I've ever seen. But I went into this one, just expecting to see a movie, and that's what I got. By no means great, but definitely not the worst piece of crap I've ever seen.

"You have failed this character" I'm been laughing at that statement all day long, and won't stop.

I watched this, and realized I don't remember how the film ended. Like at all.

That's a first.

Such baffling creative decisions behind these films... But then I guess it isn't easy for Hollywood executives to identify why something called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" would work.

Was Amell actually bad? Damn, was hoping he would get some positive reception for the role.

@Django79 - he wasn't great but Casey Jones wasn't really written like Casey Jones. My biggest problem with the movie. I liked it by the way.

So a movie, in which they tried to listen to the fans and tried to fix things from the first failure, only created a second failure. It doesn't help that neither film looked interesting.

Amell was LITERALLY the most miscast actor for a role I've ever seen.
