I am a Marvel fan, no doubt and in my about me, I do say that DC sucks. Well I've been learning to accept other characters in the DC universe and learn about them, the one that caught my eye? The Flash. I have started to believe that he could work on the big screen. Here's what I would do for certain things.

Director: Antoine Fuqua

Best known for Training Day and Shooter, Antoine Fuque is a gifted director. I know him best from Shooter cause it's the only one of his films I've seen and quite frankly it's because of that film I think he could bring a successful Flash movie to the big screen.

Barry Allen

I personally feel that going with the more well known Flash would be a good idea. I personally prefer Barry Allen because he is more interesting in my eyes. Not to mention that (in my opinion) you can't have Wally West before Barry Allen or have both in the movie as The Flash. Maybe have Wally as a side character could work, but not as Flash. I just don't think it'd work right. Would I connect him to a DC universe leading up to the Justice League? No. But that's just me. I feel he could just connect better with the audience and if they do a spinoff or something, they can use Wally.

Tone: I would NOT go dark and gritty. I'd take and make it more like the original Spider-Man trilogy just not as campy. It would be a city you believe is real and it would be a Chicago or Indianapolis area.

Adversary: Captain Cold

I believe for a film version of this villain, they need to go with the new 52 version for story reasons. It would be not as silly and not as campy plus it would actually make sense to me. I know he's not everyone's number one pick for the first villain of a Flash trilogy but he could work as long as the New 52 version is used. Plus if they use the New 52 version, not only could he come off as a badass just by looking at him but he would be more of a threat to The Flash. I know people would compare him to Mr.Freeze but Mr.Freeze, yes uses the suit to keep him alive but that's also where his ice powers come in. Well not really powers, their just weapons. But still, New 52 Captain Cold could be a interesting villain choice for The Flash's big screen debut.

Also I have an actor for Barry Allen/Flash that I think could work as well as Iris West.

Barry Allen/Flash - Cam Gigandet

Sure, in some pictures he comes off as a pretty boy and I must admit I've only seen two of his films and both times he played the villain. But I think he has potential. He's a good actor, not too young but not too old. I think he'd do the character justice.

Iris West - Julianna Guill

I think she's a pretty good actress and I think she should be recognized for being a good actress that she is rather than someone who had sex and died in Friday the 13th. I know you guys won't agree with my pics, but I think they have potential.

Because I'm still learning more about The Flash (namely Barry Allen), I didn't wanna do this long. I wanted to make it breif and get my points and ideas out. I hope you enjoyed reading this and my return lol As always be respectful.
