Kevin Feige said during a weekend press conference for Thor that the studio is already mapping out a sequel to the god of thunder's big screen debut, which opens in the U.S. on Friday.

"We've got 600 plus issues, we've got a thousand years of mythology, we have other stories we'd like to tell," said Feige. "The audience will tell us whether they want to see those other stories, but we have to be prepared for that if that -- if we should get the call. Don Payne (screenwriter for Thor) is working on story ideas for a Part Two, we've got various options with (director Kenneth Branagh) to discuss coming, but right now the focus is on the first one but Don is slowly but surely thinking about where to take the character next should we be so lucky."

Feige also told Entertainment Weekly..
"I am not sure I am done with Thor's universe, or if it is done with me. I guess it will likely depend on how massive it is and how the reviews are, and then schedules and all that nonsense."

Thor opens in US theaters this Friday on May 6, 2011.

i know it is a pretty big part of Thor, but i am not very interested in seeing Donald Blake. i much prefer Thor just going by the alias of Donald Blake rather than having Donald Blake have the power of Thor

so for any further manifestations of Thor, please no Donald Blake

^^^ Agreed

I also don't want Beta Ray Bill to be in any of Ken's Thor sequels because it would take away alot of Thor's uniqueness (ie. War Machine).

Don't ever want to see Beta Ray Bill, a ridiculous character! The Mighty Thor is enough, no need for a copy!

Next Thor movie has to have Baldar and Hela!

^ HELL YEAH!!!

Characters that are "copies" of the original like Beta Ray Bill should stay away from live action because they only serve to steal the main character's uniqueness.
