Theory on why the Enchantress and The Executioner will be in THOR 3

Theory on why the Enchantress and The Executioner will be in THOR 3

Here's a few reasons as to why I believe both Amora and Scourge were meant to be in the first 2 Thor movies, but will definetly be in THOR 3.

So earlier today I was talking to Dumegg about Nailbiter111's article on concept art from THOR 2. Dumegg believes that it had a hidden picture of Scourge the Executioner in it and I agree with him. The art was done by conceptual illustrator, Jerad S. Marantz. In the concept art of the Marauders you see a very large character with a huge ax and either tattoo marks or a bizarre hair pattern on his head.

This got me to thinking about concept art from the first THOR movie. In another article written by Nailbiter111, you see concept art of both the Executioner and the Enchantress. These came from Costume illustrator, Christian Cordella.

Now, most of you could say," They make concept art on many characters that never make it into a movie." Okay! I'll concede that, but in an article from the former G4 network that was posted on Attack of the Show by Josheph Baxter (you can read it here: http://www.g4tv.com/attackoftheshow/blog/post/712738/thor-2-the-enchantress-and-the-executioner-as-villains/ ). It says: According to a report by Cinema Blend, while the Thor sequel is still in its early planning stages and a script won't even be written until the year's end, word is that producers are very high on the duo of The Enchantress and The Executioner for the film's villain slots. This certainly would make the most sense, as Enchantress is probably the next in line after Loki as far as Thor's top-tier villains in the comics.

This would make the concept art from both Thor and Thor 2 have a lot more weight. I think producers wanted to add them, but were looking for the right fit.

Now, in the upcoming Episode 15 of Agents of Shield, we will have Lady Sif come to Earth to capture Lorelei who is the younger sister to Amora (Enchantress). She will be played by Elena Satine. This was also posted on Comicbookmovie.com by Josh Wilding.

Now this could just be a coincidence because this episode will air 2 weeks after Thor the Dark World is released on DVD. As anyone in sales of dvds and movies can tell you, you make most of your money in the first 2 weeks of sales and releases. So this can either be to a) increase dvd sales, b) draw viewers to AoS.

Now we are aware that the producers and writers of AoS were told they can use certain characters, and not use other characters. So if you can't use the Enchantress, why not her younger sister who not many people are not even aware of. This can be used to get around not using Enchantress or to to see if there is interest in her character at all. If the audience likes Lorelei, that can be used to push the Enchantress.

And finally, from what I understand, Amora has a huge part along with other magical villians from Asgard in the Surtur story line.

So what do you guys think? Do you think I'm on to something here?
