THOR: RAGNAROK: Cate Blanchett's Hela Destroys Mjölnir In This Latest Clip From The Marvel Threequel

As the release of Thor: Ragnarok draws nearer, Marvel has debuted yet another clip from Taika Waititi's highly anticipated threequel. This one debuted tonight on The Ellen Show, and revisits the shocking moment from the first trailer which saw Hela (Cate Blanchett) catching Mjölnir and crushing it into a thousand pieces.

We know from an earlier clip that The God of Thunder misses being pulled off (the ground) by his mighty hammer, but he's going to have to make do... in this movie, at least.

Check out the sneak peek below, and witness The Goddess of Death taking great pleasure in commanding Thor and Loki to "kneel before their queen."

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok”, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok- the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization- the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger- the Incredible Hulk! “Thor: Ragnarok” thunders into theatres on November 3, 2017.

You know...two of those clips were a bit disappointing. It is going into that slapstick -joke-a-minute mode I am not very fond of. It's just two scenes so I won't lose hope...yet!

@Forthas -

Well since there was no slapstick in any of those clips you'll be fine on that front.

@DellRusk -

Slapstick - broad comedy characterized by boisterous action, as the throwing of pies in actors' faces, mugging, and obvious farcical situations and jokes.
