MTV talked with Tom Hiddleston who portrays Loki in the upcoming Marvel movie THOR at this years Comic Con. He had some interesting things to say about the sets of both Asgard and Jotunheim.

"The Asgard sets were like walking through a futuristic palace. They'd matched the size of the spaces to the size of the studio, so it felt like you were walking through the gorgeous palaces of a shining city in the sky."

"I actually loved Jotunheim,"
he said. "It was the first set we were on. Jotunheim is where the Frost Giants live, who are the mortal enemies of Asgardians."

"It's basically a planet that is made of ice. If you can picture any alpine region like the French Alps or the Rockies or something — it's kind of like that on acid, it's just bigger and spikier and I loved all that. They had really realistic ice flows and snow and mountains and dripping water."

Hiddleston also hinted that he got to see some action while on the Jotunheim set...

"That was when I pulled out some of my big moves."

Hawksblueyes: I can't help but get more excited about this movie every time I see something new.

so if jotunheim is actuly another-dimensional planet in the cinematic universe. does that mean asgard itself and the rest of the realms of yggdrasil(norse tree of life) are other-demensional planets too? as appose to flat floting land masses?and in that case all other-dimensional realms?(olympus heliopolis limbo avalon kun lun ect. just curios.

Does anyone believe Marvel actually listens to us???

Reason I ask is because 2 movies need to be made... War World Hulk and Secret Wars...

Could we like start a petition or something?? Seriously..

Laufey: "Odin never told you what happened to your father..."

Loki: "He told me enough... he told me you killed him..."

Laufey: "No, Loki.... I... AM... your father..."

Yea. World war hulk : ) definitely the direction they should go with hulk. After tearing shit up in avengers the only option they have is to banish the hulk. Then marvel makes wwh and releases it simultaneously with avengers 2. Then hulk returns in avengers 3 with cosmic characters to defeat a common threat and earn back his place on earth. Hulk smash

I think WW Hulk would it be better to have it as a part II to the Planet Hulk animated movie.

This movie will be truly epic. The more I hear, the better it sounds. Now I just hope that the Captain America news starts pouring in...specifically some casting information regarding The Invaders would be good! Anyway, nice find HAKWS! :)

Thanks guys.;)

Josh: I have a feeling we will see much more on Captain America than we were able to see on Thor. Remember most of Thor was shot in the desert out in the middle of nowhere.

Cap is going to be shot in and around towns and cities. I beleive we are going to get pictures of Cap on par with what we have been seeing with The Green Lantern.

@FrankLeeGitni

Those would be bad ass movies but there is so much that needs to come before they make those... I think they should do them in relative order.

Plus they would have to wait until all the rights went back to marvel in order to do it right.
