He's a talented man... don't you mean "Amazing!", or "an incredible talent".
At least he's not as much an ingratiator as other celebs in interviews are.

@imnotahero: Agreed. I don't think most actors could pull that off.

Dynamite comics is coming out with their version of 'Voltron' in December, which can mean only one thing:
There's a 'Voltron' movie being developed in the pipeline.
THAT is a something I'd much rather see than another 'Transformers'.

No to Statham but I want a Transformers movie that blows people away not this half assed stuff. The Transformers movies could be so much better.

Statham rocks!
Shia was a douche and overrated in my opinion!

(: I'd actually like the movies if they had someone like Jason in them.

@CherryBomb- I totally agree. Whenever people hate on the guy, I defend him because I think Statham's a real solid action film actor. I just enjoy watching him on film. All the 'Transporter' films were entertaining, and 'The Bank Job' was intense. I don't know- I'm a fan of the guy.

@headlopper I've seen him in a few stuff and I think he's awesome, it's not like Michael Bay took the Transformers movies seriously anyway! - Megan Fox and Shia were just the token 'main' characters and hired because of their hot looks. Jason Statham is someone who could really be a part of the action and fight back, instead of running around helplessly.

@CherryBomb
Preach! Main reason I haven't seen TF 3.. I can't stand Shia screaming optimus for 2 hrs.

@headlopper
I do the same thing. He really is a great solid action star, not to mention that he does the majority of his own stunts.

headlopper - 10/18/2011, 4:35 PM
@CherryBomb- Yeah, he's the real deal.
I admire the man.
Will he win an Oscar? I don't care. Clint Eastwood never won an Oscar for best actor- best director yeah- but not best actor.
I like him and I like his movies because he's in them.
"...running around helplessly." That's funny- you're a funny girl! You made me laugh.

Statham is only an action-movie star, I don't think his acting chops could make him a truly enticing character. And a transformers movie with an action star is as useless as a giving headphones to a deaf man. We watched, or at least I did, transformers for the robot-on-robot action(No sexual innuendo here) and that is all.

I was watching TF3 one night and it was pretty annoying how Sam Tyrese acted like they didnt know each other. Sams like "Why are you helping me" and he answers "cause they killed my friends too". Hello? You've been fighting decepticons together for two whole films. Why would they need to ahve such a discussion?

Gosh!
