Starring in "Transformers 4" is Jack Reynor in the starring role of a race car driver. The talented and beautiful Nicola Peltz has been cast in the female lead role of Reynor's girlfriend. Mark Wahlberg has signed on to play Nicola's father Flynn Vincent. Sophia Myles will play a major role as a scientist. Peter Cullen returns as the voice of Optimus Prime, and Glenn Morshower reprises his role as General Morshower. Kelsey Grammer was recently cast as the lead villain named "Harold Attinger". Directors Guild of America DGA Award winner Michael Bay will return to direct his fourth installment of the film series from a screenplay written by Ehren Kruger.


TRANSFORMERS 4 will be directed by Michael Bay, from a script written by Ehren Kruger. The cast includes: Mark Wahlberg, Kelsey Grammar, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci and Jack Reynor. Set for release on June 27th, 2014!

Atlantic Rim was better than PR... lol At least it's fight were in the day and not at night and raining... could hardly see must of the fight... lol Anyway hopefully we get Gundam Wing some day...

I don't understand how anyone can have negative opinions about in-production pictures of them filming? It is being film. This is not the final product.

Also why is it being made? Because the Transformers movies make F loads of money. The movies are enjoyable if you're not a miserable person. All of you who complain about these movies end up seeing them, then wonder why its making money.

As for Pacific Rim, idk if it was SO EPIC but it was a good film. Very different feel from Transformers so you can't really compare other then giant robots.

Pacific Rim, at the very least, showed up the Transformers franchise for the cynical mess we already knew they were.

PR had a simple story, no gratuitous sexism, easy to follow action, and humour that is funny to people other than Michael Bay (ie Gypsy Danger did not have a scrotum).

Yes, PR had cheesy clichéd characters, but that was the point. I don't think a sexy robot seducing Witwicky was for anyone except Bay.

If only Crimson Typhoon and Cherno Alpha got more love... I really wished Del Toro would release a director's cut since the unedited version of about 3 hours apparently, and I know some of that could have been more scenes with the Chinese and Russian pilots.

@ShoulderCreeps. I pretty sure even 14 year olds know what a good movie is. You obviously havent seen a theatre of people watching transformers and they are guys like in their 20-30's. Just know that its found its audience and they have the right to like what they like and not attack them for it.

I bet that bot head is Kup. He had this weird cigar looking thing in his mouth all the time in the comics. Whats up with the beard though? That will be the fourth bot to have facial hair. Jetfire, Sentinel, Q, and now that guy. Looks stupid. Bots don't need robo hair. Makes no sense. I like these movies and most of the designs for the characters, but I never got the robo hair. Stupid robots have more hair than me! Before anyone says that's probably not what the bot will look like, the leaked pictures for the Dark of the Moon showed a similar cardboard head of Q, and it looked exactly the same in the movie. Yeah they could change it, but Bay didn't care to before.
