War for Cybertron Site Update - Thundercracker, Jetfire and Sideswipe announced!

The official Transformers War for Cybertron site has updated it's character roster! Added to the Autobot side this time are two new additions

The official Transformers War for Cybertron site has updated it's character roster! Added to the Autobot side this time are two new additions, Sideswipe and Jetfire! The Decepticon side only gains one new member though, the Decepticon air warrior Thundercracker. Thundercracker remains the slightly conflicted character described in his original tech specs and seen in All Hail Megatron. Meanwhile, Sideswipe's bio stays true to his "I don't break the rules, I bend them... a lot" persona from his Generation 1 portrayal, although Jetfire has undergone some small tweaks. He's now the fastest of all the Autobots, and is also one of their main science guys. His bio implies his backstory tie to Starscream will still be present in some form, though.

No offense to the lovers out there, but... c'mon... they all look the same in those movies anyways. What does it matter what names they give them :P They could have a Pee Wee Herman transformer and I wouldn't know the difference.

Wish I were more proficient at video games, looks like it will be awesome. Maybe they will make a Galaga style game that I could play...

evil40 there was a g1 game in Japan which was thoroughly terrible. This is probably as close as it gets for now, but if this does well there could be hope.

Personally I want a new Beast Era game, a decent one, but that's never gonna happen

This game looks soooooo good, but I'm gonna nitpick for a second.

Didn't Skyfire crash on earth before the Autobot/Decepticon war ever started? Because the last person he was friends with was Starscream......I don't think that's the case in the comics though, so perhaps the game is indeed, based on the comics canon. :)

Either way, can't wait! :D
