ComicBookResources revealed today that Jimmy Jean-Louis, formerly known as "The Haitian" on the hit series, Heroes, has joined the cast of Arrow in quite a mysterious role that's linked to not only Dr. Anthony Ivo (Dylan Neal), but also his famous DC Comics invention...

The official breakdown of the character from the Arrow crew is that "The Captain is a mysterious and deadly associate of Anthony Ivo, and has a connection to a mystery of Season 2 called the 'Amazo' -- which will be a familiar name to DC Comics fans.". Could the show really be introducing Ivo's famous android, who has the ability to mimic the powerset of any superhero? Will Jean-Louis become the famous android? Who knows, but with Arrow, always expect some twists and turns.

"The CW's hit drama"

Isn't it an action? Drama? in "Arrow", omg where? Action/criminal/thriller, where is drama?!))) Some love stories, yes, some paren-child relationships, but it's an ACTION series! Great action series! Fighint, superheroic battles, criminal shootings and etc. Don't see any drama and I love it, more action!!!

Agents of SHIELD is pretty bad right now.

Arrow is cheesy and utter garbage. After a season, that's a fact. Not getting any better by the looks of it. At least Agents of SHIELD doesn't have to deal with eyeliner wearing, emo pouty lips Amell.

Arrow is made for pre-pubescent girls and guys who shop at Hot Topic for clothing.

Jimmy Jean? J'onn J'onzz? Connection? Just playing.

Seriously, I can't effing wait for this new season. Shaping up to be amazing. I can totally see him as AMAZO.

So by MAC standards, Kelly Hu is one ugly evil woman in Arrow. That's what he is stating.

Sad DC fanboys, only comeback is Agents of SHIELD, another show that's hot garbage right now. LOL. You fools actually think that bothers me. I call it like I see it.

Right now AoS's whitebread crew is locking up minorities left and right and also kind of boring. At least I can admit a Marvel misstep.

DC fanboys like ManofReal loves Amell's abs, sun taned body, rock hard abs and pouty lips. HA. I let you keep watching AINO and thinking it's quality.

DC/WB has deprived you all of great characters for so long that you will accept anything.

With Marvel, the bar has been raised high and complete quality is expected from the fans. I will not accept AoS until it gets better. But you fellas can't wait to see The Cheese show up on AINO.

@ParisSun

So Ameil has abs and a tan, that puts him in the same boat as Hemsworth and Evans
because I recall Marvel made sure we got plenty of beefcake in their movies.

Come to think about it,WB gave us Cavill,Bale and Reynolds running around shirt less as well. What is your point? The studios feel they got the straight nerd demo locked up by the characters and need another hook to expand the appeal of their
t.v shows/movies to the 50% of the population that tend to not get aroused only by the thought of seeing a man fly.

Sure CW is making concessions to get female viewers, but they are mixing in some good action. If they give us a Flash with a traditional costume and power set, I could give a crap if a guy from GLEE is playing Barry.

Btw, we are also getting a Gotham show on FOX and a Constantine show on NBC,networks that are more adult orientated, so your concerns about DC/WB serving up only cheesy fare should be put to rest.

It's amazing that some people can't commit to an opinion or argument without throwing homophobic potshots. I think that those comments say more about their speaker than anyone else they're directed at. Project much? Hoping to find a self-loathing, closeted playmate to share your Sunday afternoons with? Either way, it's just sad and lazy. Sad because it's ignorant, and lazy because you can't stand on the merits of your own argument so you hurl bigoted statements at people, which only serves to show where YOU are MOST sensitive. You call people these names and make these references because you secretly fear having them made about you. The insecurity in your comments is so tangible, that it could be bottled and sold as "Bigot: The new scent from Insecure Feebleminded Laboratories".

Batman barely took down Amazo. How the heck is Arrow going to pull that off? I wonder if they'll really go the bio android route... Would be interesting to see how they pull it off. Long as it's more like Universal Soldier and LESS like Smallville's Cyborg. (R.I.P. Lee Thompson Young)

Actually, in the show, he's going to be called "Amasoap". Arrow finds out that he's never been cleaner.

About Paris & Mac

Arrow is good, I watch it, but its a TV show.
Way better than Smallville was. Better production, less "teen" oriented, and I'm anxious to see how they deal with metahumans.

We need a giant wrestler to be Amazo. Not the Undertaker, he's Solomon Grundy.
