A lot of fans weren't particularly happy when Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) finally hooked up, but it looks like "Olicity" is sticking around if this first official still from the fourth season of the CW's Arrow is anything to go by...

Did you feel the later seasons of Arrow got a little dark for your tastes? If so, you're in luck! "We’re eyeing a lighter tone,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells TV Insider, admitting the show has been “very dark” since the middle of Season 2. But things may not stay sunshine and buttercups for this couple for too long, because a lighter tone doesn't mean completely losing its edge. “It’s never going to be The Flash,” Guggenheim adds.

Arrow returns for its fourth season on Wednesday Oct. 7, 8/7c, on the CW.

Flash is a shit show with some great special effects and some occasionally good moments. The writing is crap the romance is shit and the characters are bland and inconsistent. Arrow is the same thing just a billion levels below. It's like it's written by a 12 year old girl with a daun syndrome and then her retard brother came in the room while she was away and put some comicbooky stuff in there.

Ughhh...

Just make her a likable supporting character again like season 1 rather than the annoying whining noise that was forced down our throats in season 3.

And then, you know... kill her off anyway. Use her death to propel the end of season 4 and all of season 5 toward something more interesting and personal for Oliver.

And while we're at it, sort Laurel out, and then make Green Arrow/Black Canary a thing.

I remember when half the mother[frick]ers on this site was shopping Olicity like crazy, and now it finally happens, you guys hitch the whole dawn time. I remember people screaming for a lighter, more Green Arrowish tone, and now am I seriously seeing people hitch about that.
