Who Will Die?
Malcolm Merlyn I still believe will die, however it will look close. The promo for the final episode showed a rooftop fight. I think it will mirror the one showed in Green Arrow: Heading Into The Light, however with Malcolm dying instead of Oliver. This fight will be shown simultaneously as Oliver fights and kills Edward Fyers. The last episode ended with Oliver witnessing Yao Fei getting shot in the head by Fyers. This will drive Oliver to kill him. I still think Moira will die, in front of Oliver when tied up as shown in the promo, thus getting rid of the three main antagonists of Season 1.
Will Tommy turn evil?
Yes. Or no. I should explain. You see, Tommy saw Oliver and Laurel going to bed, making his rage even worse then before. This gives him motive. And Oliver killing his father could make this rage into a taste into a search for vendetta. Thus making him evil. However, Tommy just got into a good relationship with his father. It could easily turn sour. And maybe finding out his father is about to kill millions of people could be enough to turn him to Team Arrow. But, I could be wrong.
Will Roy Harper become Speedy/Arsenal/Red Arrow?
Yes. In the episode's description it says Thea is going to the Glades to find Roy. Maybe Oliver will put Thea's life in his hands to save. A temporary alliance or permanent partnership I can not say. But one thing I can be sure of: Oliver and Roy will team up.
Olicity?
No. It has taken all season for Oliver and Laurel to get together, and now I don't think they will be broken up. Not that quickly anyway...
Who is the Fyer's Employer?
There are multiple suspects for this. The show can go in the same direction as Year One and make it China White as the employer. Maybe Oliver and her have met before? It could be Nyssa Raatko, the lesser known daughter of Ra's al Ghul. Which could make it Ra's who trained Malcolm and who will train Tommy in the future. But, as of now I don't know, and I doubt they will say in the finale.
