Earlier this week, Stephen Amell found himself with some down time before filming scenes for Arrow and decided to have one of his infamous Facebook Fan Q&A sessions. One of the questions asked was whether Arrow will acknowledge Supergirl now that it's official confirmed that Grant Gustin's Barry Allen will be racing over to Supergirl's National City. Said Amell, " I don't know. We shall see. Cool thing to consider regardless...."
When asked to describe the next few episodes of Arrow, Amell gave cryptic, one word answers. "Duel. Fallout. Ring."
Amell also described a typical, long shooting day for Arrow. "Things get dicey beyond 14 hours (not including 30 minutes for lunch)... So if we start at 8 am, we'll never finish later than 10:30 pm unless something goes horribly wrong. This morning I trained at 9 am - doesn't count as hours... - had 60 minutes of scar application because I'm shirtless, started work at 11 am and we are going strong right now [at 1:58 AM]. Today will be one of the longest days I've ever had. Did I just contradict myself within the same paragraph?"
Another fan asked, 'How often do you look at a arrow script and scream "NO WAY?" And do you enjoy the surprises?' Amell replied, "Three or four times a year... This morning was one of them. I did not enjoy it at all."
Arrow is all new, this Wednesday at 8/7c on The CW.
