Following the shocking news that Ruby Rose is no longer going to play the Caped Crusader in Batwoman, fans have been wondering what comes next for The CW series. A second season has been confirmed, of course, and the network has made their plans to find a new actress to take over the role clear...we just don't know who that will be.
The only thing we have to go on is the fact that the network is looking for someone from the LGBTQ community, so we definitely won't be seeing a straight actress playing the lesbian superhero.
Openly bisexual Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Stephanie Beatriz recently made her interest known on social media, and thanks to Boss Logic, we have a much better idea of how she would look suited up as Gotham City's Scarlet Knight.
It's impossible to say whether this could wind up happening, especially as Beatriz remains committed to Brooklyn Nine-Nine. As Rose learned, committing to a 22 episode series in Vancouver is no easy feat, so there's no way this actress could squeeze in two different shows at the same time.
