Following in the footsteps of dear Jerome in Season 2's story arc, "The Maniax," Professor Pyg's reign of chaos has earned him a very brutal red band trailer for this week's episode of Gotham. The episode, entitled "Let Them Eat Pie", sees Pyg (MIchael Cerveris) take his master plan to the next phase while Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) attempts to put a stop to the madness and bring the villain to justice.

In the trailer, Pyg shows up to a fundraiser dressed as a chef, where he will serve those in attendance "people pies." Pyg stabs Sofia (Crystal Reed) in the hand, and threatens the life of Penguin's (Robin Lord Taylor) new protege, Martin (Christopher Convery). Penguin stabs someone in the head who is not Pyg, and Jim Gordon squares off with the Professor.

Gotham airs Thursday at 8pm on Fox.
