So a
while back, the writers of Gotham were working with Geoff Johns on how they would make Mr. Freeze's character would be and how he would fit in Gotham. Well, guessing by this tweet, they found a way how he'd fit:
Does that mean young Mr. Freeze? Or does that mean we'll see his origin story, making him already a villain that makes freeze weapons? Maybe Victor Fries is in High-School, or college... Or will he work for the GCPD, too, like Riddler?
And apparently, Danny Cannon, the pilot's director, wants to incorporate Freeze with real-life science! Sayeth whaaat? Real science? Is it possible? He's been working with real experts, he said. Well, bravo for him to apply real science!
"Without giving too much away - because I'm not allowed to - the great thing about working on a CSI procedural show for so long was we worked with so many experts - specialists in each field," he explained.
"There's a lot of things I picked up along the way. "My first conversation with [showrunner] Bruno Heller about the villains in this show is always that they need to be very credible and relatable and the science behind them needs to be real," he added.
"So I had a couple of stories that I'd held onto - real, true stories - and one of them just related to Mr Freeze. I know a real way to create an origin story."
