When asked if the third season of Titans would visit Starfire's homeworld Tamaran, Greg Walker declined to give an exact answer, but did state that Anna Diop's Koriand'r / Kory Anders would play a big role this season.
"We’re planning a big season for Kory this year. The arrival of her sister/nemesis Blackfire launches Kory down a path where she uncovers both secrets about her past and clues to her destiny… all of which will lead to her true calling as Starfire. Plus, we have a few other surprises in store for hardcore Starfire fans this season.”
Sounds as if fans might get to see the Titans' version of Starfire finally resemble her comic book counterpart in the show's third season. Thanks to amnesia, the Tamaranian princess Koriand'r was living a mysterious life on earth as Kory Anders. However, it seems the arrival of her sister Blackfire (portrayed by Damaris Lewis) will set Starfire down the road to recovering her memories.
Titans is currently without a premiere date for season 3 as COVID-19 has delayed filming. It was originally slated to premiere during the 4Q 2020 before pandemic-related delays ensued. Production is currently scheduled to conclude in June 2021, making a 4Q 2021 HBO Max debut for Titans likely.
The third season is set to introduce Red Hood, Jonathan Crane, and Barbara Gordon.
