Hasn't this guy died and come back to life a couple of times?

You missed the most shocking revelation of the whole clip. If you watch the credits, the voice of the man on the phone at the end was none other than Xander Berkley... aka George Mason from the first two seasons! It would be a quite a stretch for the writers to bring him back from the dead but why else would they use him to play Tony's handler? Can't be a coincidence.

@supesfan21: That probably nothing. It's just a phone voice. 24 got away with one "resurrection" (2, if you count Jack on Day 4, but that was clearly fake.) If 24 brings another person back from the dead, the show looses its tragic angle as then all deaths become potentially fake.
