May's condition is going to get worryingly worse on next Tuesday's installment of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as Simmons and Coulson become increasingly frustrated in their attempts to discover exactly what's wrong with her. The situation gets even more serious when the gangster that was also exposed to the mysterious entities in the season premiere succumbs to his symptoms.

Will the new director now allow more drastic measures to be taken?

Check out a new sneak peek from "Uprising" below.

“Uprising” – As Coulson, Mack and Fitz attempt to track down and neutralize a rogue group looking to end Inhuman Registration worldwide, Simmons and Dr. Radcliffe only have hours to save May before she succumbs forever to her mysterious illness, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

I just can't get into Agents of Shield anymore. No matter how gritty they think they are going it is still campy fodder to ne. I wanted a legit Agents of Shield with characters like Clay Quatermain and so forth being unskilled against paranormal/mystical threats and going to great lengths to cover them up.

The show should have been a combination of X-Files meets Burn Notice. But we ended up with a cheesy mess of a show. Until Kevin Feige confirms anything then I will continue to pretend AOS isn't canon to both the MCU and Netflix MCU.

I wish things were different, but I need to abandon this show. The quality is less than adequate.
