Well, it looks like that recent leak was on the level, as Marvel has now officially confirmed that the third season of Daredevil will premiere in Netflix on October 19.

The announcement teaser below finds Matt Murdock in typically moody form, as he resigns himself to the notion that the only way to truly stop evil is to "end it for good." It's safe to say that The Man Without Fear will be adopting a more lethal approach to crime-fighting when he returns to the streets of Hell's Kitchen next month.

Netflix will hold a Daredevil panel at New York Comic-Con next month at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, October 6, so expect a full trailer reveal by then.

Tell us, are you excited for Matt Murdock to don his black duds and really turn up the heat in Hell's Kitchen? Drop us a comment down below.

@IronGenesis - And he is narrating/hosting the fricking reboot.

Twilight Zone is going to be so damn good, holy shit.

@IronGenesis - He was a great choice for that project. I hope he narrates some of the episodes in his Barack Obama voice (I know he won't, but it'd be funny.)

@L0RDbuckethead - I honestly don't think they should be remaking Twilight Zone. There are some things you just don't touch. As much as I love Jordan Peele, TZ should be left where it is.

@HeavyMetal4Life - I (somewhat) agree. I mean TBH, Black Mirror is already enough Twilight Zone in this day & age.

But I can't help but be excited. Peele is great at horror, and the Twilight Zone is a classic. But I agree, some things just shouldn't be touched and/or brought back.

Also I feel this will be stronger than season 2. Season 2 was more of a punisher prequel and Also more focused on Electra and hand bullsh*t.

@XelCorp - eh I prefer s2 over 1

Oh, October 19? Shocker.

It's almost like that Netflix Thailand Twitter account knew what it was talking about.

Still a bit surprised this is being released so early, was expecting November or December. But as the best of Marvel Netflix, will take it whenever!
