Marvel Studios has finally revealed when we'll be able to watch Hawkeye on Disney+: Wednesday, November 24! There have been rumblings online that the series would debut around that time given its Christmas setting, but it's good to have confirmation - and an official first look at the series!
Plenty of set photos were revealed when cameras were rolling on Hawkeye, but this shot shows Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) meeting with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) for target practice.
There's a huge amount of excitement surrounding this show, and this first look hopefully means that a trailer isn't too far away. However, chances are Marvel Studios will want to keep the focus on What If...? for the time being seeing as it's their first animated series, though we'd be surprised not to see more stills and story details start to surface over the coming weeks after this sneak peek.
"[Kate is] a 22-year-old kid and she's a big Hawkeye fan," Renner tells Entertainment Weekly. "She has a wonderfully annoying and equally charming manner about her, because she's such a fangirl of Hawkeye. The relationship grows from that, but the biggest problem for Clint is Kate Bishop and the onslaught of problems that she brings into his life."
We were expecting Ms. Marvel to premiere this year, too, so we're not sure if this means that's still the case (Hawkeye's sixth and final episode will debut on December 29).
