A recent recap of some What If...? footage that debuted at last year's SDCC reportedly revealed that one episode of the Disney+ animated series is going to feature Tom Holland's Peter as Hawkeye, and now it looks like we might have confirmation.
ComicBook.com's Brandon Davis shared a screenshot from the Marvel Studios: Expanding the Universe featurette on Twitter, and he reckons this is indeed our first look at Parker sporting the costume and hairstyle more closely associated with Clint Barton in the MCU.
It certainly could be, but there's also speculation that we're simply seeing an animated take on Jeremy Renner's archer.

If Parker becoming Hawkeye is to be the focus of one of the What If...? episodes, it's certainly an intriguing premise. "What if Peter Parker became Hawkeye instead of Spider-Man" may not be an alternate universe story fans have been clamoring to see, but without more context it's difficult to form much of an opinion one way or the other.
Work continues remotely on What If...?, which will consist of 23 episodes and is set to premiere on Disney+ sometime in 2021.
