MTV has released its full list of nominations for this year's Movie Awards. Both "American Hustle" and "The Wolf of Wall Street" lead with eight nominations each. In addition to Oscar contenders, a few blockbusters made the cut.

"The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" scored four nominations including "Movie of the Year," "Best Fight" for Orlando Bloom and Evangeline Lilly vs. Orcs, "Best On-Screen Transformation" for Orlando Bloom, and "Best Hero" for Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins.

"Thor: The Dark World" received two nominations. Star Chris Hemsworth is up for both "Best Shirtless Performance" and "Best Hero."

"Iron Man 3" also received two nominations with "Best Cameo Performance" for Joan Rivers and "Best Hero" for Robert Downey Jr.

"Man of Steel" is also up for "Best Hero" for Henry Cavill's performance. Benedict Cumberbatch scored a nod for "Best Villain" in "Star Trek Into Darkness". And Brad Pitt managed a nod for "World War Z" in the "Best Scared-as-S**t Performance" category.

Conan O'Brien hosts the show presenting on April 13 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. What do you think of the nominations. Will you be watching?
