This week's episode of The Book of Boba Fett was notable for several first appearances (Wookiee bounty hunter Black Krrsantan and Jabba the Hutt's cousins among them), but "The Tribes of Tatooine" also featured a pair of cameos that seem to have gone unnoticed by many.

During Fett's flashback, we see a couple trying to enjoy a quiet night out in a bar near Anchorhead when they are accosted by a gang of violent bikers. Before things really get out of hand, Boba arrives and takes care of business. You might have assumed these were just random residents of Tatooine, but the episode credits reveal that they were actually Laze “Fixer” Loneozner and Camie.

Those names may not be familiar to casual Star Wars fans, but these guys were old friends of Luke Skywalker who appeared in a deleted scene from A New Hope. Originally played by Anthony Forrest and Koo Stark, Fixer and Camie were portrayed by Mandy Kowalski and Skyler Bible in TBOBF, which is set roughly four years after their introduction.

It's nice to see that the loving couple are still together... and still have the same taste in fashion!

What did you guys think of the second episode of The Book of Boba Fett? Did you spot these cameos? Drop us a comment down below.

This show has been mixed for me so far. I find myself way more invested in the Mandalorian, but I understand why people wanted a Boba Fett show. Plus this serves as Mando season 2.5 from what I hear, so we’ll see how it shapes up going forward. It’s not that it’s bad, just kinda meh right now.

I’m hoping the Obi-Wan show is on par with Mando in terms of storytelling. Idk if it’s just me or if these Disney+ shows feel a little cheap.

I’m liking the book of Boba Fett so far. I just wish star wars and marvel would get away from electric taser sticks. It wasn’t cool to see the bad guys wielding those weapons in the last two episodes and it wasn’t cool at the end of Shang Chi and Black Widow.

Hey @RorMachine. Book of Boba Fett is set 9 years after A New Hope, which is when Laze and Camie had their introduction. The flashback scenes could happen earlier, but even if they were at the same time as Return of the Jedi, that's 5 years after Laze and Camie appeared.

Love this show. Easily my favorite Disney Plus show. I just wish Boba would stop removing his helmet. I always thought it was dumb in movies when Cap, Iron Man, and Spider-Man did this. Its worse when a character who I always loved the mystery about him does this. Also, not sure if Temuera Morrison. I get that Boba Fett is supposed to be battle hardened, but it is really unbelievable that he is 42 years old.
