OBI-WAN KENOBI Star Hayden Christensen On Wearing Darth Vader's Suit For First Time Since REVENGE OF THE SITH

I feel happy for Hayden. Also, is he going to voice Vader as well?

Hayden is a good person. I was surprised that Jumper never had a sequel. I thought it did well enough to merit one.

I think it's great that Hayden is actually gonna be in the suit. He's a good dude, so it's good to see he's given more to do.

Christensen looked bad at times in AOTC and ROTS possibly because he couldn't understand WTF Lucas was writing. Anakin in AOTC was all over the place. The writing made no psychological sense just as it didn't at times for Padme and Obi Wan. Padme marries Anakin after his mass murder of the Sandpeople?

In Episode I, Anakin thought he was supposed to free the slaves on Tatooine. In Episode II, no mention of that. But it was such a missed opportunity. One thing that makes people react more emotionally to death, is guilt. Like a person dies that they took for granted and didn't treat well.

So if when Shmi died, then Anakin felt he failed her by not returning to free her, it would've helped explain his mass murdering reaction.

And Lucas wrote in the prequels that the Jedi stopped being a force for good and became political puppets. So when he wanted to create animosity between Anakin and the Jedi Order, he had a grand opportunity with the Tatooine slaves where he could've Anakin implore the Jedi to free the Tatooine slaves but the Jedi Order put politics first and prevents Anakin from freeing the slaves.

He could've even had Anakin rebel against the Jedi Order and return to Tatooine by himself and free the slaves. Then Palpatine sees to it the Jedi find out about Anakin slaughtering the Sandpeople and for his rebellion and murder of the Sandpeople, Anakin is ousted from the order, and is made in a public villain and fugitive. At that point the Jedi tell Padme details of Anakin's deeds, and she breaks up with him when she finds out about his murder of the Sandpeople and his killing people to free slaves. That would be when Anakin is recruited by Palpatine.

It could also have been possible to have Anakin use the Darth Vader suit with mask and voice changer when he joined the Sith. So that he could be seen as a protector of Palpatine and no one know he is the fugitive Anakin Skywalker. Then while wearing the suit he defends Palpatine against Windu's arrest attempt, and slaughters the Jedi. That would've made it a tragic irony for Anakin that he would later be imprisoned inside the Vader suit that he used to do so much evil. It would've also allowed Lucas the opportunity to have more scenes of the Vader suit than he did and it would've been Anakin who conceived of the Vader look, not someone else.

Those aren't just ideas, but a rewriting that connects the psychological dots. I think each of the prequel scripts where not ready and needed rewrites. Lucas had great stories but he needed help. Anakin was written worse than any character in the 6 REAL Star Wars movies.
