"We save the world."

S**t really hit the fan last night as Sam and Dean lost their mother again, this time to the brainwashing of the British Men of Letters. Whether or not Mary is really as far gone as she looks is yet-to-be-seen, but for the moment, she left her boys in quite the unforgivable position. Meanwhile, down in Hell, Crowley lost his leverage over Lucifer and the Devil made his grand escape.

Check out the new promo for episode twenty-two, titled "Who We Are," and episode twenty-three, titled "All Along The Watchtower," below:

"Who We Are" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

FAMILY - Caught in a dangerous situation, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) only have each other to rely on. In the show’s eleventh season, Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki & Jensen Ackles) faced their greatest challenge yet: the all-powerful Darkness, better known as the sister of God. Freed from her prison by Dean, she threatened all of creation, until God (with the help of Sam, Dean, Castiel and Crowley), made amends with her. Before they left Earth, however, they restored Sam & Dean’s mother, Mary Winchester, to life. In Season Twelve, the Winchesters must not only contend with an escaped Lucifer and the British Men of Letters (who’ve come to end their hunting days), but they’ll also have to relearn what it is to be a family again after all these years.

Supernatural features:
Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester
Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester
Misha Collins as Castiel
Mark A. Sheppard as Crowley
Samantha Smith as Mary Winchester

Supernatural coming to us like...

whatever happened to the supernatural version of Damien/antechrist? I forget...he was in like season 2 or 3? a kid with godlike powers. Or are we just ignoring that for a new unborn child?

@SuperLuchador - Jesse Turner, he was the child of a demon/human, a Cambion. So he had powers, but not near the level of a Nephilim, an angel/human child. He vanished when he realized Castiel would kill him and it's thought he went to Australia as he was staring at a picture of it when he disappeared.

I actually almost forgot about him until you brought that up. Would be cool if they brought him back on the show to help deal with Lucifer...

Seasons 1-5 were awesome.
6-7 were pretty average but still very much supernatural.
8-11 were very crap.
12 is like a crappy soap opera. I keep watching because it's unbelievably awful but in a mildly entertaining way. And because the first 5 seasons got me so invested in the characters that for some reason I'm still here.
But man this show is cheesy and half-assed now. It seems the people who make it figured out somewhere along the line that people will keep watching no matter how bad it gets so why bother. It's mostly watched by young women who have the hots for sam and dean anyway. What happened to the classic rock and scary vibes? Or the awesome interpretation of Lucifer?
After making him a Queen of the Damned aging rockstar and dorking him up as much as possible, then making him the president (seriously, soap opera and ridiculous plotting) they brought back the original actor who was awesome, but he's still terrible. I mean Crowley trapped hom and humiliated him mercilessly for months, so naturally he threatened him with unimaginable torment if he got free. But what did he do to him when he got free? The [frick]ing devil? Literally nicked his cheek and nose, then stabbed him. Done. And what's worse is i knew that was gonna happen. That or he'd find some other excuse to let him live. Show has no stakes anymore. And it's big season villains are british caracatures. Theyre plan is to kill all the american hunters because they arent doing things their way? So they can stop all the monsters in a foreign country? Yeah that makes sense. Why not start stopping all the monsters in the country then the american hunters would join their side once they saw their results? Their plan is to kill every single american hunter. Wtf. Theyre not even trying. Ah well. I'll still tune in to see what happens with Lucifer's love child with the President's mistress (LOL).

Oh and to prove how predictable it is, garaunteed that rat ends up being Crowley's mum who will bring him bck. Because the show doesn't even have the balls to kill that Charmed reject Scotswoman let alone her son. Show doesn't even follow it's own rules anymore. Demons go poof when they get stabbed. Or there's light or something. But since it's crowley and theyre bringin him back they just said [frick] it.

@connorblaze - Are you thick? Crowley clearly ghosted into the rat to avoid being killed. He is following the body so he can smoke back into it...

And you say the show is predictable, what happens when you are wrong about this? Does everyone on CBM get a cookie?

@connorblaze - I thought Crowley jumped into that rat (like the last time he got stabbed) but you might be right about that. You're also right about most of the rest of the show, but it doesn't bother me as much. I thought seasons 6-10 were not as good as the last couple seasons have been (except for maybe season 8). The brothers were just CONSTANTLY lying to each other & betraying each other. I know that's kind of a staple of the show but it was getting really old. Admittedly I haven't loved the last few episodes tho.
