After all this build up to the ninth and final episode, the series creator Kevin Tancharoen announced on his Twitter account that the episode wouldn’t be coming when everyone thought it would. Everyone was looking for it on the Monday/Tuesday and found nothing. The reason is because the concluding episode will be shown between July 21-24th at the San Diego Comic-Con. Now all the patient fans will be able to see the final and long awaited episode next week.The new image came from the Mortal Kombat: Legacy facebook page. Take a look at it yourselves



Keep an eye out for Thursday between 2-3PM as the Mortal Kombat: Legacy panel will be providing a sneak peek at the new episode.

I think this looks very cool, even better given the extremely small budget and limited resources of the series.

I really hope Kevin does a second season of Legacy, I would love to see his interpretation of Smoke and Noob Saibot.

I hate to say this but the Cyber-Ninjas were the only thing MK: Annihilation did right (look wise). Cyrax and Sektor (and Smoke) aren't just cyborgs but they're also ninjalike warriors. When turning them into cyborgs you can't just make them look wholely robotic or completely like ninjas, it has to be a mix of both. Plus they need their dreads, don't ask why they just do....On a positive note they didn't use that stupid face from MK 2011 on Sektor.
