Thanks to MARVEL's official website, we now have information on one of the main characters from the next highly-anticipated X-Men along with some pictures of him in action.

Name: Grant Alexander
Background: Sandersville, Georgia
Ambition: To be a football superstar.
Back Story: Grant is in San Francisco hoping to land a starting spot for the University of California, Berkeley, Varsity Squad. Oblivious to the world tensions, Grant doesn’t see that the peace rally and threatening protesters around him have any connection to his life. When he discovers his own mutant powers, Grant is faced with the realization that mutant/human relations are absolutely his problem.

@ncreb Yeah, no problem. And agreed, because from the sounds of it so far, it looks like there are only three pre-made mutants that we will be able to play as and we might not even get to play with actual x-men. Hopefully I'm wrong, but either way, I'll probably just be renting this...

It looks like an Infamous knock-off.

You better be able to wear a costume in this.

Looks kinda crappy. It sucks they're doing premade characters, I thought you got to create your own character (looks and stuff) then choose their power by deciding which mutant (choices were like Cyclops for energy based powers, Wolverine for healing/violent powers, Magneto for telekinetic powers, etc.) would train you.

Concept was pretty good, but looks shyte now.
