The title Warcraft is pretty good. But The Avengers: Age of Ultron and Batman/Superman releasing in 2015 already makes the year a year to look forward to.
Invictor - 10/1/2013, 3:11 PM
@marvel72, that's already a list that is worth spending your money on. Shit, I think I might get popcorn lungs in 2015.
WarnerBrother - 10/1/2013, 3:16 PM
Look at Box Office Mojo's schedule for 2015.It has Avengers AOU coming out on the 1st and some animated flick coming out on the 29th.The whole month, including the traditional memorial day weekend release window ( May 23rd) is still wide open.

The next big film with a locked down release date in Jurassic World on June 12th.
If Star Wars comes out on May 23rd it would have 3 weekends without a major genre flick to compete against. Why is May so wide open? Because everybody still expects Disney to claim the memorial day weekend opening date.
WarnerBrother - 10/1/2013, 3:19 PM

You still have to give props to the final Hunger Games film which will come out in November and so far,The Fantastic Four is still slated for March.
BenClark - 10/1/2013, 3:20 PM
It's going to move when Star Wars Episode VII is scheduled.
TheMadman - 10/1/2013, 3:25 PM
It's going to be pushed back, no doubt.
HugoStrange87 - 10/1/2013, 3:27 PM
Alpha you forgot MOS2.
Floke - 10/1/2013, 3:31 PM
I don't get it.. Why is people exited over a movie about an online game? Whatching people play that game for 2 hours sound very boring. Just creating a character takes about an hour.

Nah just kidd.. Hope it is more like the old games and not WOW.
TheAmazingSpiderFan - 10/1/2013, 3:46 PM
it doesnt have to get pushed back, its in dec so essentially 2 years thats plenty of time to film a movie like this and complete all the effects to a high standard
McNyagano - 10/1/2013, 3:54 PM

Not if Ant man cameos in The Avengers 2 or appear in the post-credit scene.(Which I'm pretty sure Marvel is going to do just to hype up his own movie.)
BenClark - 10/1/2013, 3:57 PM
Ant-Man will be as good as if not better than Batman/Superman, Avengers AOU, and Bond 24 purely as a film.
SnapperCarr - 10/1/2013, 4:00 PM
Who gives a shit about this movie?
pro346 - 10/1/2013, 4:01 PM
@floke the movie is not about the online game its about the rts game that came out before all that online crap...not world of warcraft but warcraft!!
McNyagano - 10/1/2013, 4:07 PM

Really because the world's most iconic and well known superhero barely survived Monsters university, dropping down to 3rd place in its 2nd week-end. Go figure, if the reviews are poor, consider that film done.
Kyos - 10/1/2013, 4:09 PM
I loved the Warcraft RTS games, but whatever interest in or sympathy for World of Warcraft I may ever have had is long gone, and it took most of what I liked about the setting with it.

I'd probably watch this movie if it looks reaaaaally good, but all in all I'd have wished for Duncan Jones to do something else instead...
sanyaya - 10/1/2013, 4:18 PM
now all we only need is the sequel to step up revolutions and were talking serious shit
sanyaya - 10/1/2013, 4:23 PM
oh yeah i forgot about bond
HavocPrime - 10/1/2013, 4:27 PM
So much awesome next year.
Ghaleonausa - 10/1/2013, 4:30 PM
gonna have to put in some OT to afford to see that many movies.
MisterNiceGuy - 10/1/2013, 4:31 PM
Snappercarr... people who played the game maybe?
Battabing - 10/1/2013, 4:35 PM
MOS 2 is the movie to beat summer 2015.
SuperShowdown - 10/1/2013, 4:39 PM
Not as exciting as the others, but still pretty cool. Good idea to release it in the winter, because it would get completely overshadowed in the summer. Star Wars VII, Age of Ultron, and Batman/Superman will be the big three.
TheAbomination - 10/1/2013, 4:42 PM
I'm gonna be broke after 2015.
Wrecker - 10/1/2013, 4:48 PM
Let's not all forget LEGEND OF CONAN. Sleeper hit!
MetropolisKid - 10/1/2013, 5:32 PM
2015=best year evaaaaaaaar!!!1!!1!11!!
Lhornbk - 10/1/2013, 6:11 PM
Move Star Wars back to 2016. It deserves to have a summer mainly to itself (and no, neither an Avatar sequel nor a Star Trek sequel would give it much competition, especially compared to Avengers & Superman/Batman.)
Lhornbk - 10/1/2013, 6:17 PM
And I'm sorry, but anyone who thinks Ant-Man is going to be even in the top 10 films in 2015 is seriously delusional. The more I think about it, the more I think it bombs, big time. It may redefine the term "box office bomb."
HugoStrange87 - 10/1/2013, 7:56 PM
It just makes nonsense for them to move a movie like Antman so close to WF. But on the flip side if I was WB I wouldn't release WF close to the Minions movie either. I'd push WF back a week.
