Katie Holmes Wonder Woman Rumor Debunked (thankfully!)

It’s always a worry when the tabloids are a possible source of rumor or speculation for comic book movies, and thankfully IESB have managed to put the kibosh on these rumors emanating from StarPulse magazine.

A source apparently told StarPulse magazine that Katie Holmes had flown home (from Berlin where Tom is filming) to have a secret meeting with her agents regarding the Wonder Woman movie. “The movie’s only at the discussion state, but Katie feels this role as a kick-ass superhero will put her back in the public eye,” the source said.

Thankfully IESB has better contacts than StarPulse, indicating that the movie is officially at a standstill, and that Warner Bros. has set it back until after the Justice League of America movie. As to whether Katie will ever play Wonder Woman? Thankfully the answer is still no, with IESB’s WB studio sources informing them that the entire story is rubbish.

All I can say is thank the mighty Zeus!
