Wolverine Review

Wolverine was a good movie but I wouldn't say it was better then say X2 or even the first X-men title. To me the movie moved too fast...

If you look at Watchmen, for example, it was a good movie too and it was 3 hours long. I felt like Wolveine needed to be, not that long, but at least longer then an hour and a half. Everything progressed too fast. Five minutes into the film he joined the team and ten minutes in he quit. I feel like spending a little more time flushing out, not only the backstory of the team, but also the story of each team member would have made it better. Wolverine was good but I was severly let down by both Deadpool and Gambit. It didnt seem like Ryan Reynolds really understood the character like the way he is portrayed in the comics and it would have been nice to see Gambit be more involved and more interesting. Gambit kind of felt like a character that was thrown in so that he would finally be in a movie.
