Famke Janssen will star opposite Robert De Niro and Dakota Fanning in the 20th Century Fox's Hide and Seek, which is currently filming in New York under the direction of John Polson.

Written by Ari Schlossberg, the thriller centers on a young girl who loses her mother at an early age. Her father soon discovers that she's coping with the death in an unusual and ultimately terrifying way.

Famke is best-known for playing Jean Grey in the "X-Men" movies and villainess Xenia Onatopp in the James Bond thriller GOLDENEYE. She'll also be seen in Myriad Pictures' upcoming Eulogy for director Michael Clancy.
