According to XMF Online, Digital Domain will create visual effects for Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class, which is currently in reshoots in Los Angeles.

Academy Award winning visual effects studio Digital Domain has signed on to provide effects for Matthew Vaughn’s X-MEN: FIRST CLASS! Previous credits include Tron Legacy, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Trek, 2012, and G.I. Joe, among other big-budgeted films.

They join Weta Digital, Rhythm & Hues, Luma Pictures, Cinesite, The Senate VFX, The Moving Picture Company and other fx studios in completing work on the film which is due in theaters June 3rd.

@AlexdoxA, I think that's why they have multiple studios working on the effects.Instead of having one studio work for 8-9 months, they're dividing the work between several studios in order to complete it in less time.
