After a great deal of speculation, Deadline confirms that Arnold Shwarzenegger and Bruce Willis have indeed signed on to reprise their roles in Expendables 2. The site goes further, claiming that the two will have 'substantial' roles this time around, which had been a subject of particular debate among fans. The most recent speculation involved such classic action heroes as Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, Donnie yen, and John Travolta.

They need to put in Van DammAGE as the Villain and bring in Chuck FREAKING Norris ..
I mean no one has a chance in a fight against him, but it would be cool to see them try.

Also Steven Segal needs to reprise his role as Cockpuncher!!

i thought Jet Li WON'T be coming back?? but Donnie Yen's a good replacement. i don't think Jackie Chan would be a good fit in this. still, i do wanna see a rematch between Jet and Donnie. their bout in Hero is too short and not enough. i want some more...

plus..i wanna see van damme trading punches and kicks (once again) against his universal soldiers co-star, Dolphie (Lundgren). but...above all, i'm looking forward to a muscle-bound duel between the terminator versus rambo. i'm sure after all the embarrassing personal troubles, Arnie would consent to Sly and the fans' demand for an on-screen showdown with his screen titan, Sly.

i would also want to see Brucie faces off with HIS on-screen match-up, Mel Gibson. McClane vs. Riggs/Mad Max...that'll cool.
