Did Stan Lee Seemingly Just Confirm That We Will Get A BIG HERO 6 Sequel?
In a recent interview, Stan "The Man" Lee seemingly confirmed that we will get a sequel to Disney/Marvel's popular animated movie, Big hero 6. Hit the jump to check out his comments!
In a recent with the Toronto Sun, Stan Lee (who made a cameo in the Big hero 6 as Fred's father) revealed to us that after Marvel is done working with Ant-Man, they will turn their attention to other projects including Big Hero 6. "After Ant-Man, we’re going to start playing around with Doctor Strange, the Black Panther, the Inhumans, and then we have to come back for Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Big Hero 6, the Avengers, Captain America." He then tells how he and everyone is exciting to see what Marvel has in store for the many films they will release going forward. "I don’t even know how they decide what to do next, because every one of them is so exciting and the public is waiting for them.”
Big Hero 6 has earned $222.4 million in North America, and $429.6 million in other territories. This film has won awards at the 87th Academy Awards, the 42nd Annual Annie Awards, the 72nd Golden Globe Awards, the Kids' Choice Awards, and many more events and has gotten positive reviews all around! So what reason would Marvel and Disney have not to make a sequel to this film!
