During this year's San Diego Comic-Con, DC officially announced plans for the next four animated features that would follow The Death of Superman, and now we have a first look at the teaser posters for Reign of The Supermen, Justice League: Fatal Five, Batman: Hush and Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.

Though none of the man characters actually appear, this is very early promo art and will almost certainly be altered for the final Blu-ray cover designs. Still, we do get a glimpse of the title treatments and an idea of the overall aesthetic each film is aiming for.

Reign Of The Supermen

First out of the gate in 2019 will be Reign of the Supermen, which will pick up soon after the events of The Death of Superman.

Following the murder of The Man of Steel at the hands of Doomsday, Steel, Eradicator, Cyborg Superman and Conner Kent will step into the spotlight.

Batman: Hush

Next is Batman: Hush, which will adapt the popular comic book arc from Jeph Loeb.

Like the comic, the animated adventure is expected to feature much of the Dark Knight’s popular rogues’ gallery, hint at the eventual return of the once dead Jason Todd, introduce Bruce Wayne’s childhood friend Tommy Elliot.

Justice League: Fatal Five

Originally known as Justice League Vs. The Fatal Five, this original story will introduce a team composed of supercriminals Tharok, Emerald Empress, Validus, Mano and the Persuader.

We still don't know too much about this one, but DC shared the following teaser at SDCC: "Is it set in the future or the present day? Will the Legion appear? Which Justice Leaguers will we see? Only time will tell!"

Wonder Woman: Bloodlines

We know even less about the final DC animated movie that'll be released next year, Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.

This will also be an original story, and based on the ominous poster, we can assume that it's going to focus on Diana and The Amazons dealing with an attack on, and possibly even the destruction of Themyscira.

@BootyPeep - That was my first thought. I’m excited about the Womder Woman one regardless. I still think the animated Wonder Woman movie is one of the best if not the best showing in the DC animated world.

Is it too much to ask for a new Batman Beyond movie?

@KWilly - Hmmmm! I would like a Batman Beyond movie as well. But if you put out another movie with Batman, people tend to complain about it.

I am just happy we are getting another WW movie.

@JoeMomma29 - I would say batman beyond gets a pass since it's not bruce. I don't think people would care. Same way nobody cared batman fighting jack the ripper.

Very excited for these! After some pretty bad animated movies from DC, I am happy with SS and The Death of Superman.

@TheBillCipher - I dislike Damian Wayne in general, but like him in Injustice 2, my second favorite character after Bane.

Really wish we were getting a Knightfall or Red Son

I've grown to really like Jason O'Mara's Batman voice so I'm looking forward to hush. The voice is more gravelly than Conoroy's but I like it.

That's the Parthenon in the WW poster, so I don't know why you'd think Themyscira is under attack.

@blackandyellow - Themysicra has parthenons on it though?

@TheBillCipher -

The Parthenon is a particular building. That's like saying Themyscira has Washington Monuments on it.

@TheBillCipher - Yep, that's an article supporting my statement that the Parthenon is a distinct building and not a generic name for structures.

Here’s to hoping Hush is based off of Jim Lees art work.

Honestly... Hush can’t work as a movie

I mean it can but there’s so much history in the book

Batman Hush was pretty much a history of Batman comic up to that point in time mentioning tons of Batman stories from Killing Joke, No Man’s Land, Long Halloween, Death in the Family, & more. You need Jason’s death, you need Tim Drake or someone else as Robin, you need Joker to have paralyzed Barbara & killed Jason, you need to involve Harvey Dent, You also need Harold Allnut, hell you kind of need Croc because it all establishes early on that the villains aren’t acting how they usually act. And most of all you need Riddler because really he’s the main villain

Hush isn’t like say Court Of Owls where you have a new villain introduced. It isn’t even like Long Halloween which The Dark Knight perfectly adapted in there’s Batman, Gordon, & Dent taking on the mob with a new criminal killer involved. Hush displays so much history of Batman’s career & Hush as a villain needs to team up with other villains to work. There’s just so much source material that wouldn’t work unless you either:

A) take time to establish a Batman universe

B) create a new Hush story

I think Heart of Hush is a great small scale Hush story but there’s still so much you need to do to make sure you make Hush work. I mean yes we know it’s Tommy but when the story came out, there were 2 red herrings in Jason & Harvey.

It’s a complicated story to adapt & honestly I don’t think the animated film will do it justice unless it’s a 2 parter. Hush can’t work as an animated or live action film unless you showcased a great deal of Batman’s history up to this point. It’s like the Infinity War of Batman comics.

Hopefully these are good. An animated DC film hasn't wowed me for quite some time.

I wonder if Wonder Woman Bloodlines might be an adaption of the Issue 600 Odyssey arc from 2011.
