Some men(the people who made these) aren't looking anything logical, they just want to see the world burn.

That wolverine really looks stupid. And young. Way too young to be taken any seriously.

Wolverine wasn't that good. The others, Ironman, Xmen and Blade weren't bad.

Apparently, I'll be the only man on the planet that buys these. I've heard bad things about Wolverine, but my tolerance for seeing new versions of established characters is greater than your average fan boy.

iron man anime & x-men anime were the best, wolverine anime was shit apart from the three omega red episodes as for the blade anime i've only seen episode one so i really can't judge that.

i would only buy the x-men anime & iron man anime on blu-ray.

@ Tomontherun99

i buy all my stuff off amazon,if you buy a product that says "us import" it will work on a uk machine,if you buy it & it says "region 1" you may have problems unless you've got a multi region player.

Marvel. Anime. Marvel Anime. What is not banging about these DVDs? They look awesome. And ever so slightly necessary.
But no UK release? My people should wake up and buy more cool comic-based cartoons. Because this whole UK denial thing is getting ridiculous.

You know we never got the last two volumes of Batman - The Animated Series?! Millions of fans with only half a [frick]in' series! Takes the piss.

X-Men was great (featuring the best possible version of Wolverine) - Iron Man and Blade were enjoyable except for the Wolverine cameos in both shows, which featured the "Wolverine" from the Wolverine show, which sucked and was not part of the X-Men Anime continuity! Too bad they didn't just tie the universe together with what they did in the X-Men Anime. If they did it would have been something special. Instead, Marvel Anime ended up as a mixed bag.

Really? They did that? I remember when the Marvel Mangaverse came out and the X-Men seemed to be out of continuity and then they fixed it and then it was out again. And there were like two Wolverines there, too, I think. One with white hair and one with black. Can't quite recall.
But they've really screwed the pooch on the anime if all but one of them are in a shared universe. That's shit.

@DukeAcureds: yessir - though not a chick -LOL As for Marvel screwing the pooch - they didn't even ask it's premission - more like they raped it. Took the best part of what they made with their Anime, threw it down, crapped on it, then picked up the trash to use as cannon.

Well, there's always next time... I guess.

I just got done watching Iron Man. Pretty cool. I wish they would have used some of his catalog villains, but worth seeing next up for me is X-Men. Then I'll be sure to buy both Blade, and Wolverine.

Skip both of these anime series and watch the other two Marvel Anime. X-Men and Iron Man are incredible and will surely change your opinion of Marvel animation for the better. This wolverine design BLOWS out loud, the one for X-Men anime is spot on though, give it a peep

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The only Marvel animation thats even kinda good is the doctor strange direct to DVD (and thats probably because I just like doctor strange). I do like the new earths mightiest heros but that's more about the storys and dialogue, the art is nothing special. Don't even get me started about the horrid ultimate spiderman, they should just stop.

Wolverine sucked, but Blade was amazing. They really made sense on that story and artistic style/direction they went. I'll be grabbing this somehow.

A few weeks back i had bought Avengers: EMH, Animé X-Men and Animé Ironman but i was VERY disappointed to notice Blade's wasn't available yet. It was THE ONE i wanted most. EMH is a full on WIN (duh), X-men i just finished watching and was "okay" but definitely not as good as the series from the 90ies or "Wolverine and the X-men". Ironman's next on my list to watch, which looks very cool from the trailers, but goddamn it I WANT BLADE NOW!!!
