AVENGERS: ENDGAME Was The "Final Avengers Movie" According To Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige

It's generally assumed that we will see another Avengers film with a different roster of heroes at some point, but according to Kevin Feige, 2019's Endgame is considered the "final Avengers Movie."

2019's Avengers: Endgame brought the Infinity Saga to a close in epic fashion, while laying the groundwork for new characters and stories to seize the spotlight in the Marvel Cinematic Universe moving forward. Though the movie did close a significant chapter on the franchise, it was generally assumed that "Avengers 5" would take shape at some point with a new roster of Earth's Mightiest Heroes making up the team.

Well, that may not be quite the safe bet we initially thought.

The most recent episode of Marvel Studios Assembled, which focuses on Chloe Zhao's Eternals, is now available to stream on Disney+, and Kevin Feige had some very interesting things to say about the future of the MCU.

"Marvel Studios and the Marvel Cinematic Universe is now past their tenth anniversary and with the release of the final Avengers movie, we've finally completed a 22-movie Infinity Saga," the Marvel Studios boss said during his interview segment.

Feige's quotes have been taken literally by some, but we simply can't imagine Marvel Studios shutting the door on one of the most lucrative franchises of all time. We might be waiting a long time to see it, and it may be very different to the movies that preceded it, but we believe there will be another Avengers film once all the pieces are in place.

What do you guys make of Feige's comments? Be sure to share your thoughts in the usual place.

Well...yeah.
He said after Endgame the movies would be like those old serials, there are no event movies or solo movies, every movie is a chapter of large story...I dont think that is a good idea, but that is the route they are taking.

Dumb clickbait again.

But i do actually think the next one will be New Avengers.

@TheManWithoutFear - unless they're gonna use that title for the Illuminati in Multiverse of Madness, then I can see that happen.

Avengers as a title might be done, but we still got variants on it like New, Mighty, Secret, West Coast, Dark and Young Avengers to use as titles

@bkmeijer - probably we'll get Young Avengers sooner than New Avengers, simply because if they wait too long the actors won't be all that young anymore :)

I also don't think Disney will adopt the Dark Avengers moniker. I'd put my money on Thunderbolts.

@TheManWithoutFear - I think Thunderbolts would indeed be the title for the Avengers villain counterpart team. Also because it wouldn't surprise me if they do Midnight Sons, but call them Dark Avengers instead

What clickbait. He’s using final here in the same context as last. As in the last one they’ve made (so far).

@MrDandy - Lol no he's not. I dunno why everyone's giving Ror shit for this one when it's literally what he's saying.
