SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Inadvertently Revealed The Release Date For The Second AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Trailer
It turns out the release date for the recently released Avengers: Infinity War trailer may have been right under our noses all along. Whilst rewatching Spider-Man: Homecoming, a fan spotted a crazy detail.
Upon an eagle-eyed fan's rewatch of Spider-Man: Homecoming they noticed an unbelievable, little detail during an early scene which may have revealed the release date of Avengers: Infinity War's second trailer all the way back in 2017. The release date of the second Infinity War trailer, premiered by Marvel early Friday morning, was speculated upon and anticipated for a very long time. The directors of the film even teasing fans with an Instagram post. It turns out the release date was under our noses all along.

Reddit user joe1up pointed out a seemingly innocuous scene from Homecoming in which Peter Parker (Tom Holland) visits Delmar's Deli-Grocery and purchases a pack of gummy worms. When Peter places the bag on the counter, the "use by" date can be spotted: 03-16-18.
Did Marvel Studios really reveal the date of the second Avengers: Infinity War trailer as far back as July 2017? It's probably just a coincidence, but that doesn't make it any less amusing. At this point, who knows; maybe the location of the soul stone could've already been revealed by Tony Stark's license plate.
What do you think about this incredible coincidence? Did the trailer live up to the hype for you? Here's the scene, check it out for yourself:
