We know that Rocket and Groot will be present for the final stand against Thanos' Outriders in Wakanda and while it's not clear if the likes of Star-Lord and Gamora will join them (it's possible they'll fight alongside Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man on Titan), that's still an epic team-up! During an interview on the set of Avengers: Infinity War, Chadwick Boseman was asked about how T'Challa reacts to their presence and the Black Panther star was understandably coy with his answer.
"Obviously there is a clash, all of that is conflict but it’s not conflict between us necessarily, but it is an emotional, psychological, social conflict," he teased. "I think what is good is that in this situation, you’re seeing them in my world. They’re in my wold, so it’s interesting to have them enter our space, which is not something that happens all of the time. I think it’s important for us to give the flavor of Wakanda, and they’re really adjusting to our space, so that will be part of the fun of the movie."
As for why T'Challa would allow Wakanda to be used as a staging ground for this battle, Boseman explained that it boils down to Thanos being such a big threat. "You have a world problem with Thanos, a problem that affects everyone in the world. So Wakanda is on the world stage and we’re obviously advanced in a way where we can help with the situation, so that is all that’s happening."
