The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes has had nothing but great episode after great episode, its just like gold, doesn't lose its value.
But what has been standing out the most and has been the most fun for me to watch, is the relationship between THE HULK and Hawkeye. The chemistry is just so fun to watch and even though I already have a smile on my face while watching this cartoon, it gets even bigger when these two interact with one another.
They know how to push each others buttons in such a fun way. Here's a few examples.
When they first meet, Hawkeye wants to talk to Banner but HULK says no way. So Hawkeye, being the smart guy he is, goes off on THE HULK, telling him if he doesn't give him Banner in 10 seconds, he's going to kick his butt! Well, THE HULK starts busting up laughing, he laughs so hard that he turns into Banner.
At the end of the Gamma World episode, Thor asks THE HULK if he will stay in The Avengers now. THE HULK responds by saying, "I'll stay if Cupid over there stays." Hawkeye gets all pissed and goes up to HULK saying "you want to go big boy, lets do this."
In the last episode, while Captain America is showing Tony how to really fight in a boxing match, and Cap is kicking the shit out of Tony, THE HULK and Hawkeye are together up in the rafters watching and laughing their asses off together while this is going on.
It makes me smile just thinking about it! : )
This cartoon has really brought Hawkeye into my light. Before watching this, I really didn't know too much about him. I knew more about Ant-Man then I did Hawkeye, so I'm happy for that part. There's nothing like finding a new found glory in a character that's been around for years.
I hope this cartoon lasts for years and years because this is great stuff.
