BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN Cast Party In Detroit Ahead Of Filming

The cast and crew of the Man Of Steel sequel (minus Ben Affleck apparently) held a party in Detroit as filming is set to begin on the movie soon. Comicbook.com contributor Thomas Williams was able to get some snaps with Henry Cavill, director Zack Snyder, and production designer Patrick Tatopoulos.

So no news as such to speak of, but it's nice to know that the cast are gathering to prepare for that rumored May 19th shoot date. The pics were taken on Saturday, May 10 outside of the oldest continuously operated bowling alley in the country, the Garden Bowl in downtown Detroit. Williams says he quizzed them about the movie but they remained tight lipped of course. He also thinks he saw Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) but wasn't able to take a snap.

@sKeemAn - Gina Carano was in Strikeforce MMA not WWE. She left MMA to start an acting career, appearing in such movies as Fast & Furious 6 and Haywire. She may be returning to MMA, making her debut in UFC to fight Ronda Rousey, also an actress (Fast & Furious 7, Expendables 3).

Carano and Henry Cavill have been dating for awhile.

Yeah because Gadot is so MUCH better actress and have a better body to be a warrior, but if you only want to see at the boobs for me it's fine, I could see them too. ;)

JatevinM Um, no. We want Carrano because she is actually built like an athlete. Gadot's baseline is frail and her acting skills are no better than Carrano's. So while Carrano can only get more fit, Gadot is having to train like crazy just to get passable because Hollywood is obsessed with stick-thin model women.
