Chadwick Boseman Surprises Fans As They Talk About What BLACK PANTHER Means To Them

There's lots of negativity online these days so this heartwarming video is pretty much exactly what's needed right now. As fans reveal what Black Panther means to them, they receive an unexpected surprise.

Despite the fact that a lot of alt-right/unhinged fanboys attempted to sabotage Black Panther's Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes before it was released, their plan failed and it's since become clear that the movie is universally loved by all. It is, however, particularly important to those who share the same colour skin as T'Challa, especially as it's so rare to see a black superhero given the spotlight.

In the video below, a lot of people talk about why Black Panther moved them and what it is that makes the movie/character so important. Once they're done, they receive a very cool surprise when Chadwick Boseman shows up to meet them all in what you have to imagine was an unforgettable moment!

Black Panther is still breaking box office records and it shows no sign of slowing down moving into its third weekend of release. Marvel Studios hasn't announced a sequel yet but you have to believe it's something Kevin Feige and company are already talking about. How many times have you seen the movie? Let us know your thoughts on that and this inspirational video in the comments section below.

I’m glad this movie did really well and is continuing to do so. Despite all the efforts to sabotage it by both alt right and some toxic fanboys.

I fully expected Black Panther to do well domestically, but never that it would make the top 5 highest grossing superhero movies domestically in less than two weeks. Hell, likely top 3 before its third weekend is over. Just unbelievable.

And I couldn't be happier about this amazing success! <3

while nothing has been announced, Feige has already said there will be a Black Panther sequel and that he's hoping to get Coogler back for it.

@thewanderer - I’m sure Feige and co. will do whatever it takes to bring back all the main players of this film. Do you think Chadwick Boseman will make RDJ money for the sequel though? I think there’s a very solid chance of this movie eclipsing Iron Man 3 at the box office. I wouldn’t even rule out it breaking Avengers global box office at this juncture. Too early to tell, but by the time it’s 4th weekend is done that picture should start to come into focus one way or the other.

@thewanderer - I want a speculation thread on the plot for Black Panther 2. I want to hear everyone's ideas/predictions. My suggestion: Have it take place mostly in Wakanda. I think there is a lot more to explore there.

@MarkV - Based in Wakanda, featuring the king of Wakanda, T'Challa, maybe put his sister in it, and then make the bad guy want the kings power-joking- but seriously just make the villain white wolf or man ape(probably name change him as to not be called racist) and you have a decent film. Maybe even introduce submariner as a baddie and turn him good by the end(king v king)

Most the reactions/remarks are harmless, second MexicanSexyman's remark though, the Obama one was cringe worthy. Third reaction is probably the best, he seems the most real, he does not think of the movie as something more than it is trying to be and praises the movie for what it is.

Though we did have a few odd comments in these reactions;

"I cannot tell you how much it means to have you step into the role of Our King"

Does this person think the movie is of real events? I understand the guy parodying the movie by bowing and doing the 'My King' but this person seems to actually address the film as if it is real.

"Everything that represents me was honored in this movie"

Fictional movie takes some aspects of the real world, but I'd question how someone could be 'honored' - even Chadwick's reaction seems to suggest he does not agree, he looks confused and skeptical.
