Mark Ruffalo Confirmed For CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR?

It seems as though it may be semi-confirmed that Mark Ruffalo's Hulk will be featured in Captain America: Civil War... according to Robert Downey, Jr. at any rate! "If Robert Downey, Jr. says I’m in ‘Captain America’, I’m in ‘Captain America'", says Ruffalo...

It appears as though Mark Ruffalo will be in Captain America: Civil War after all! After rumors spread that Ruffalo will be reprising the role of Hulk in the film, it was mentioned by Ruffalo himself, though he said Robert Downey Jr says he's in the film. Now Ruffalo is sticking to his guns with this new quote:

“If Robert Downey, Jr. says I’m in ‘Captain America,’ I’m in ‘Captain America’ dammit. And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script. At this point, I’m told that I’m in it by Robert, which I’ll take as biblical, but I just haven’t heard or seen from production yet.”

Even though he hasn't seen a script or heard from the production it wouldn't be far fetched to see Hulk show up, even in a cameo.

Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain

Hulk wasn't in Civil War, he was outer space. So I'm going to say cameo or hard mention.

I wouldn't be surprised if has a cameo at the end of the movie.

I think Hulk's appearance in Civil War should be the surprise moment of the film where he comes in and takes out General Ross and turns into Red Hulk in the movie, that way it wouldn't seem like overkill.

It better be a cameo.

@0megaDaGr0dd

no. i wasn't. There was this guy with little Iron Man guys around him. He was inside some machine that looks like the bottom of the Hulk. I read some issues of Civil War long time ago and i was pretty sure it was Banner.

@XF14 i have been thinking that for a while. i think they should have just made a stand alone civil war movie. and a captain america 3. its like they said. well we need a 3rd cap movie and he is the main character so we will just slap the name cap on it with civil war.

regardless of what it called i am sure it will be awesome. the rusos rule.

"Why is this even a Captain America movie?"

Because it'll revolve around Cap and his journey to find Bucky (and the conflict that will spin out from that), because it'll continue (and possibly conclude?) Cap's character arc that was begun in The First Avenger and continued in The Avengers and The Winter Soldier, and because it'll be told from Cap's point of view. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
